1. What is included with the purchase of the WaterKeg?
The following is included with the purchase of the WaterKeg;
A. 2 molex power cables
B. PCI pass through power bracket
C. 4oz Pentosin additive fluid (UV BLUE)
D. 2 rubber grommets for your PC's case
E. Allen key for drain valve
F. Install instructions
G. 10FT 1/2 Masterkleer tubing (10FT includes what's needed inside the case, typically the outlet hose is 4-1/2 ft, inlet hose is 4ft)

2. Can I send you "MY" parts to convert to a WaterKeg?
Short answer is YES, however the long answer is this: If you're wanting to send me your radiator that's fine, as long it is close to the same size
as the Swiftech MCR320 radiator. I get multiple calls/emails/PM's everyday asking if the GTX480 rad fits in my WaterKeg case, and as of right
now, it DOES NOT! That is why I came out with the WaterKegIII Xtreme series cooler! As far as pumps go, I only like to use the LAING D5
version of pumps for many reasons: D5's operate very quietly, produce almost no heat build up, their reliability record is excellent!

3. What do you base your shipping charges on?
My shipping charges are based on the materials that i use to pack your cooler, and further-more the charges that I get charged from either
FED-EX, USPS, UPS.

4. Do you ship International?
YES! however with the gas prices going through the roof lately, it can get costly. Please e-mail me (newls1@bellsouth.net) with your address and all
needed information, and I will e-mail you back with the most accurate shipping quote I can possibly do.

5. How long will it take for my cooler to be in my hands?
I really wish it could be in your hands the very next day, however I can't make that happen just yet. All my WaterKeg's are "BUILT TO ORDER."
I order all needed parts after payment had be made, so I too must wait for shipping. Typically the best I can tell you is, the average wait time is
around 1 1/2 weeks to 2 weeks depending on item/product avalibilty. (THE MOST FREQUENT OUT OF STOCK ITEM IS THE THERMOCHILL PA
SERIES RAD'S) If any issues come up during the build process, I will of course call/email you with the updates!

6. How loud are your WaterKegs?
I get this question ALL THE TIME, and it is the hardest question to answer! What 1 person thinks is quiet, another one thinks is loud! I use all
YATE LOON fans in my WaterKegs (SL, SM, SH) The medium speed Yate Loon is rated for 70.5 CFM with only 33dBA, this is the most commonly
used fan among the watercooling community and I find this fan to be really close to silent. The high speed Yate Loon is rated for 88CFM with only
40dBA. This is of course louder then any other Yate Loon fan in the line up but still quieter than most fans at this rated CFM.
